From the report you can see that I had a good setup: Titan external dwellings, a bunch of Dragon Fly Hives, Galtran. An experienced player would, of course, have broken out earlier. But on his respawn he only had two Griffin Conservatories, two Dragon Fly Hives, and two Wyvern external dwellings, so he simply couldn’t break through until the fourth week (in the end he emerged only one day earlier than me).

Here, I played a game. We played SM without restarts, 160%, random castles.

111 -- I got Castle with Rion, ballista included, but no Archers (opponent had Citadel). Second hero Sorsha, third a Necromancer, I bought 5 heroes total. Immediately found a lookout tower and revealed the respawn point — saw 2 Dwarf Cottages, a Dragon Fly Hive, a Stable, and an external dwelling of Champions with insane guards. I decided to split my troops: 14 Archers and 3 Spirits headed up, along with the ballista and Rion to talk to the Gnolls. Left the rest in the Castle to break through the Dwarves blocking the Stable.
112 - Epic loss of the ballista, Archers, and Rion. There were ~80 Gnolls; they crept up and silently butchered my Archers (there was a moment when the Archers tried to flee, but anti-morale hit them), but the torment didn't end there. Attacking the Dwarves (~32) with Skeletons and Halberdiers, the Dwarves started happily getting moral bonuses, and in the end only 30 Halberdiers crawled off the battlefield.
113-121 - nothing interesting, I run around, clear small guards — captured the external dwelling of Swordsmen, Sorsha is leveling up, Swordsmen are built in the Citadel. On the new week, 2 native heroes arrive.
122 - 124 - 19 Swordsmen, I take the Dwarf Cottage for 15, upgrade to Swordsmen -> Dwarf Cottage for 20.
125 - I take a secondary (Conflux)
126 - I break through a second secondary and a teleport somewhere.
