OK, let's talk in detail about the registration rejections, and not just for Faer.

There's a great game called HOMM3. And there are games around this Game that are organized to make it more interesting (sites/forums, rules, add-ons like WT, competitions/tournaments...).
The organized World Championship is one of those games around the Game. Just as children play doctors, so today we are playing a championship. The rules of this game are set by the Head, Sticky:

Number of participants - 32.
Number of resources from which representatives will be - 9. Each resource nominates 3 players for the tournament.

We could have come up with other rules, for example, in the last World Championship, we took everyone. But the organizers came up with this.
I need to nominate 3 players from the resource at the end of February.
If there were 30, I would take everyone, and maybe there wouldn't be a selection.
When Sticky was planning this tournament in the summer, we were thinking about how to select a team from the resource and whether to allow participation in multiple selections.
There was a discussion with the players of our team, the number of those who wanted to participate significantly exceeds the number of quotas. Moreover, who knows who will perform better? Also, other players of ours asked to give them a chance to get into the team. Between the extreme ways of forming a team (the entire team by voting and the entire team by one tournament), this compromise option appeared - voting + this tournament.
That is, the goal of the tournament is to select 3 our players.
Other resources also nominate their teams. There are many excellent players. A strong lineup for the tournament is great, but I'm not going to create competition for the guys on our team and from our resource in this case.

This also applies to duplicate applications. For example, I'm interested, if Mr. LSM and Sir Corsar, as well as The_Bloody_fighter and Sir PlayHeroes are selected for the teams of two or more resources, will they play in the World Championship in two copies?
