Yes, I checked, and weapons from the Dynasty appear, but you need to restart the game a lot. I got the Blade of Chaos, the Kirin Silk Sword, and the Batu Totem, which I didn't have before. Most likely, when creating the map, a random artifact of any level was placed here, and artifacts from the Dynasty were included in that range. There are probably many such places in the campaigns, it's just that this one is close to the beginning of the mission, so it was noticed.

Two swords in one hand!
I have a level 4 "Silken Sword of Kirin" in my hand.
The troops receive the following bonuses:
+5 to initiative
+5 to fortune
+1 to movement
and also "draining" from "Arachne."

And how did you achieve this? And do both weapons level up, or just one?

This is a bug that has been widely discussed. Simply walk around with an artifact equipped, then save the game, load the game, and change the artifact, and the bonuses from the previous artifact will remain.

I don't know if this is common knowledge or not, but experience isn't added to dynasty weapons during a "quick battle." Is this happening to anyone else?

If you look at the first post in the thread, you'll see that this is a long-standing limitation imposed by the developers.

In a quick battle, experience points are not awarded to the dynasty itself, but to the weapon.
