I see, it's boring here. No one is getting criticized. The favorites are being praised. He's organizing a tournament, doing his best, and that's great. But, in my opinion, there's one drawback. I looked at group D. There are 5 participants: 4 Ramparts and one Castle. I signed up for the tournament and hoped not to play against Rampart players. And that's what happened. I'm grateful to the host! But are the players in group D happy?
How can I put it...))) At first, I was surprised, of course. But then I found out that it was just random chance in the computer-generated draw, so there's nothing to be done about it. And by the way, there's a certain charm to it too )))

Well... at first, I was surprised. But then I found out that it was a random computer draw, so there's nothing to be done about it. By the way, there's also a certain charm to it.
And the second plus is that the Shades of Darkness Rampart is one of the strongest castles, so let people advance in the group stage based on their skill, rather than on a well-chosen castle.
P.S. My dream: The favorites winning with a Tower or Inferno on Shades of Darkness.

"Favorites, to battle! - 1" (2008) - Dudge (Necropolis) - Tournament History "Favorites, to battle! - 2" (2009) - Pit for LM (Conflux) - Tournament History "Favorites, to battle! - 3" (2010) - Satyr (Fortress) - Tournament History So far, no one has won with a ramp. Therefore, I wouldn't say that the ramp is the strongest in SoD. Dima! You are the CIS champion in real life, so it's hard for me to argue with you. But why didn't you take Inferno or Tower? You could have proven that you can win with them. Although you took Castle, which no one has won with yet.

But you forgot that Rampart was in the final of ALL these tournaments?
Unfortunately, all our teams are subsidized, and no one is profitable. Gazprom, in this case, is no different from RZD, VTB, or the "reluctant sponsors" of FC Tom. For clubs to start earning money on their own, the country must first get rid of corruption, at least in football :)
Moscow Dynamo was profitable last year, at least officially. Are you suggesting mass executions? :D To eradicate corruption, we need rulers who are not involved in it themselves.
I feel like discussing some unrelated topics, and I also want to revive this thread.
So, here's a poll:
WHICH MOVIES WOULD YOU NEVER WATCH (AND HAVEN'T WATCHED)?
My list:
Star Wars - all parts.
All films by N. Mikhalkov after "The Barber of Siberia".
"Anna Karenina".
Films by F. Bondarchuk (with the exception of "Down House").
James Bond films - all parts.
Movies starring M. Porechenkov.

Check out "Trio" with Porechenkov; Panin also starred in it: it's not a masterpiece, but it's worth watching; the musical accompaniment isn't just a soundtrack, but actual music for the film. P.S. There are many "Anna Karenina" adaptations, including ours and the one with Sophie Marceau. The new "Quiet Flows the Don" - Rupert Everett as Grishka Melekhov was a miscast, but based on the episode I saw, it's the most successful casting in the film.
Want some lively discussion? Here you go! ;) Oelm, with all due respect, I must disagree with you! 1. The “I haven’t seen it and won’t” approach has a certain Soviet flavor to it: “We didn’t watch it, but we condemn it!” You know the saying: “To understand the taste of a dish, you have to eat it”? Or, as they say now: “To find out – you need to chew!” :) 2. “Star Wars.” Please provide justification! Episodes 1-3 and 4-6 are “two completely different things”! 3. Bond films. Please provide justification! Also, the “old” movies are absolutely incomparable to the latest ones with Daniel Craig. I don't want to talk about modern Russian cinema: in 99% of cases, it is an epic fail and utter shame. :( If you want to discuss this in more detail, maybe we should move to the "Cinema" section: /forum/section/187/

By the way: http://wforum.heroes35.net/showthread.php?tid=617&pid=68603#pid68603 izrukvruki: I recently watched "The Stone"... Svetlakov is hilariously funny, the whole audience was laughing... and further: he spoke everything in the tone of Slavik from our Russia... But "The Stone" is a thriller, not a comedy...

I agree 100%. Mikhalkov's recent films show a "talent": in all of them, he gives the impression of a mediocre actor. Oelm

I disagree here. Porechenkov, in my opinion, is a very good actor. I really liked the film "The 9th Company". This is a Bondarchuk film, and Porechenkov plays one of the main roles. I haven't watched "Down House" yet; I should check it out.
I don't know if this is the right place to mention it, but...
I would like to see and participate in a tournament on the "Anarchy" map (to avoid excessively long turns in the late game, a timer of 4 minutes could be set).
I would also like to see a tournament with a mandatory fast capital building (e.g., municipality up to level 121, capital up to level 125 inclusive).
