Posts from Help with the Russian localization! And why aren't there any new towns?

Hello! I downloaded WoG 3.58 from the n-site. I unpacked the archive into the SoD folder and replaced all the files that needed to be replaced. The game works. BUT!

1. Campaigns are not in Russian; I unpacked the localization patch from your site into the game folder. But nothing changed. Tell me what I did wrong and what I need to do now.

2. There are still only eight towns, no new ones... :( Why?.. Have they not been launched yet? If not, then what is the point of playing WoG? Because of the campaigns?.. I'm not a fan of campaigns in Heroes, so please tell me, what else makes it worth playing WoG?..

People play this game because of its settings.

...so, what are some other reasons to play WoG?

Since you've already downloaded it, just try it for a change of pace (you can always stop playing later). The game should have some defined rules, and the WoG settings are somewhat like cheat codes, although they are interesting from a technical point of view.
