A space for mapmakers!

The archive contains a new water definition with additional tiles, and a map to test it out.
Unfortunately, the map editor is not yet capable of working with these features,
so I had to resort to using pHOMM - a landscape editor,
after patching it so that all the tiles are in the list.
Just in case, I'm also including the patched program from pHOMM.
