What prevents you from creating your own network?!

Nothing prevents anyone from doing what they want; some people log in for a day or two to play, while others log in to play online every day. Therefore, not everyone creates a network, and it's easier to join someone else's network and play than to sit around hoping someone else will log in so you can play with them!
