Орден Феникса – харизматический :) лидер
The entire dorm will probably be available. If we're playing cards, it's better to rent a VIP room in a decent place; everything is nearby.
It seems that Qwerty and his wife will be staying at a hotel. And karaoke is very much in demand.
Regarding the maps, let people decide on their own. I am more interested in the possibility of continuing to play at the venue after the club closes. So there are tables and chairs (or they can be moved out) and outlets.
The question is about players from Yekaterinburg – Merlin, Mee, Asm, and possibly one more person. We don't have any information yet about how they will be traveling.
Tickets:
there - arrival in Moscow on April 29th at 8:05 AM, so if everything goes well, we can catch the train at 10:20 AM, which takes 5 hours and 20 minutes to Michurinsk, meaning we'll arrive at 3:40 PM, but this is the ideal scenario.
back - departure from Moscow on May 5th at 6:05 PM; we decided to figure out the departure from Michurinsk to Moscow on the spot.

I'll go check out the train station and see what kind of train it is, since it's nearby. So, I'll meet you on the 29th, and it looks like some Muscovites will also be arriving that day.

No problem, there are many trains to Moscow in the evening and at night on May 4th, so you can buy tickets right before departure.
Another suggestion: for the next CIS tournament, give 3 quotas to the top 3 teams in the Wargaming Team rating at the end of the year. If they can't, then give it to the next teams, and so on.
But what's the point of planning so far ahead?
Another suggestion for the next CIS is to give 3 quotas to the top 3 places in the WT rating at the end of the year. If they can't, then the next ones, etc.
Although it's been moving for a while now towards those who show up being the ones who play. There's no point in any additional qualifiers. If a person can go to the final, why restrict them?
Although it has long been clear that those who are able to travel will be the ones playing. There is no point in having any additional selections. If a person can travel to the finals, why limit them?
In my opinion, the optimal format would be 16 people and 4 rounds. Without tourists and inactive players, only strong regulars. Different numbers of quotas for different qualifiers (based on the strength of the team and the number of people who want to participate). So that there is competition in each qualifier.
Все в ней нулево и кукольно.

Nagan has the same stance – to gather a large group. That's why he distributes quotas left and right. I don't agree with him, but since he's the organizer, it's up to him to decide.

Why even hold qualifiers then?
You currently have 8 finalists from St. Petersburg and 6 from Moscow.
Are you deliberately undermining the prestige of the final? ;)
Although, as the organizer of the first CIS Heroes tournament, I'm pleased that everything was done correctly in the first tournament – a strict selection, regulations, 18 players, and 4 rounds.
