I still don't understand. The tournament is called "Best of the Best" in Russian. Let's say they approve 2 or 3 difficulty levels. Let's say 3. Players A, B, and C each take first place on their respective difficulty levels. And who is the best among them? And if the players on the difficult level are much stronger, wouldn't the player who took second place there be better than the two who took first place on the easier levels? How will this be determined? And if you also tie in a rating system, it will become a complete sham, not "Best of the Best."
