The decisions of the judges during tournaments are not subject to appeal.

Tournaments are held on version Heroes IV — Equilibris 3.51. No third-party modifications are allowed.

Tournament format

World Championship has a structure of a classic Playoff. The size of the bracket depends on the number of registered players.

Dates and deadlines

January 2nd: registration closes, publication of draw results.
January 3rd: championship starts.

Each round of the World Championship is given 21 calendar days (3 pairs of weekends).

9. Showdown (Master - Advance, 6 min);
10. Lezkandra (Magister - Expert, 8 min).

Tournament goal

The tournament is held with the aim of determining the strongest player in Heroes of Might and Magic IV.

Dear participants of the 2010 World Championship!
Today is the opening of the 2010 World Championship. The 1/16 matches have begun!

The playoffs were created based on the ranking of the online World Championships in Heroes 4.



You can find information about the registered players in
the Data Table.

Tournament schedule:

01/21/11 (Fri) – completion of 1/16
02/04/11 (Fri) – completion of 1/8
02/18/11 (Fri) – completion of 1/4
03/04/11 (Fri) – completion of 1/2
03/18/11 (Fri) – completion of the Final.

You must finish the 1/16 match before January 21st. Each round is given 2 days off (14 days).

Please read the Latest Version of the Regulations and Rules carefully.

hamachi networks have been created for the 2010 World Championship players:

For the first 8 pairs of players: WC 2010 1-8 (password WC 2010)
For the 9-16 pairs of players: WC 2010 9-16 (password WC 2010)

If you are the Host of the game:
If there is no opponent or the game does not start, the Host must inform the judges in advance (5 days before the end of the round). If there is no explanation from the host regarding the unplayed match, he will be awarded a technical defeat. A technical defeat will also be awarded to the host for using maps that are not on the list of tournament maps, and for using modified tournament maps without prior agreement with the judges.
