But to the point:
What if the town was simply at a disadvantage in the first night? Let's say the killers targeted the agile player and were blocked. Or maybe someone was targeted by the Engineer but was saved by the Doctor? I'm marking everyone who just wanted to execute Ara as wanting to "take advantage of the situation" to get rid of a strong player.

What if the town resident was simply in a favorable position during the first night? Let's say the killers targeted the nimble character and they blocked it. Or what if someone was targeted by the engineer but was saved by the doctor?

The night information didn't mention these neutral roles. So, if there are neutral roles other than the mana roles, they either have a kill role or they don't have a role. Another option is to consider the doctor (who might have died before their role was revealed) or the non-use of roles by other town roles (but what town roles would need to do that? Or were they aware of what was happening, which is why they didn't use their roles?).

Perhaps they are not explicitly mentioned, or not in a "classic" way. My hypotheses about the 16 maniacs raise significant doubts. However, on the other hand... we need to wait for the second newspaper to come out in order to draw final conclusions.
