IV. If a player has 1 report unconfirmed, and at least a formal reason for non-confirmation is provided (investigation into unfair play) — reports of that player's victories will continue to be counted.

Regarding Wlk777.
We have a differentiation between a player and a user on our forum.
Being marked as a cheater is grounds for refusing a player participation in a tournament, but a user is usually not blocked from communication and a cheater is not banned if they have not violated forum rules.
On the other hand, if a user violates forum rules, they are banned, but the tournament organizers usually do not object to that player participating in the tournament.
I am not against Valentin playing in the season if he wants to participate. The mandatory requirements are the same as for everyone - report/confirmation. You can post through any of the judges on ICQ. Games will be counted in the rating.
