I found some analogy between the role of a *cook* and your avatar) Well, and I couldn't resist a little check=)
And if I had fallen for it, would I have believed that Zubr had accidentally sent you a message, gotten angry, and revealed myself? Modkill would have forced you to eat the remains of the tavern owner!
Deriel_Linch, please refrain from such checks, especially since it can be seen as a direct role reveal. At least try to find a synonym for this joke. I won't impose any sanctions now, but I'll ask you to avoid such provocations in the future, even if they are meant as jokes.

A dark, ominous night gave way to a gray, wet morning. The tavern owner's corpse was unlikely to be the only casualty – everyone knew that. Death hung over the tavern like a shroud, but for now, it cautiously observed the unfortunate guests trapped inside by the rain. Only a few hours of life had passed this night, but what wonderful hours they were... The remains of Xostor lay in the corridor, near the door of Neyra Drake. Some of them had turned to ash, while most were simply charred. From the surviving fragments, one could tell that the poor fellow hadn't died from fire; he had been hacked to pieces, and quite brutally at that. A fragment of a blade lay nearby, and further away, there was a piece of cheap paper depicting Brondees and a giant fiery mushroom against their background. On the other side, some text was written in an unknown language. -This is terrible,- said Kyle sadly,-she was so young...Truly awful things are starting to happen in this tavern. Last night I felt a strange sensation, as if someone was trying to invade my soul... -Better to have your soul invaded than your room!- complained Deriel Linch.-I was threatened, and this morning I found two arrows sticking out of my door from the outside. And here’s this piece of black cloth. Happy Girl descended into the main hall via the eastern staircase. She crawled down the stairs on all fours, smiling cheerfully and foolishly at everyone around her, occasionally muttering something incoherent. -I... want... another double portion of ale, please! - she announced, holding up two mugs.

Well... Hos was clearly a girl, and it's possible that the fragment of the blade belonged to her, since it's listed as belonging to two female characters. These are a paladin and a mercenary, and they are both young. And I'm guessing that the killer intentionally killed a strong player, and therefore it's most likely someone who has already played Mafia with Hos.)
Added 2 minutes later And I still don't quite understand why the body was burned. The maniac chopped it up with his axe, but where did the fire come from?
One corpse – was the second one resurrected, or was his killer blocked? Judging by the fact that there are no signs of violence on anyone, the latter is more likely.
The black cloak, a fragment of which was on the door, belongs only to the Dark Knight.
The fiery mushroom – that’s Kyle, but it’s a bit too obvious. Was the clue planted by a thief?
A hunt for the hunter – for the ranger? That is, was there an attempt on the ranger?
P.S. Please don’t throw slippers at me, I’m new here. :smile29:
In that case, Hossi was a paladin, but it's too early to draw conclusions. It's better to pay attention to what happened with Dariel. Two arrows from a ranger clearly indicate protection.
I couldn't resist and read it. Well, it seems Hostor was killing people like a maniac, but if that's the case, where's the murder committed by the mafia?
Небо – мольбы не ждёт Небо – угроз не слышит Небо – ведёт особый счёт Небо – тебя найдёт
And what if both the serial killer and the mafia chose him as their target?

Although he didn't die from the fire...

This leads me to a question: when a character is protected, do they receive protection from all attackers? Or only from the first one?
In the second case, the fire could indicate that Hostor was attacked by a Warlock, but not killed, as he was protected. But then the serial killer came and chopped Hostor to pieces.
