Is Lamassu also some kind of mythical creature?
Necropolis should have been in an Egyptian style, so sphinxes fit perfectly here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lamassu
However, as far as I can tell, there are only two clear indications of an Egyptian style: the pyramid-shaped Castle and the "sphinx," which, as it turns out, is not a sphinx but a Lamassu.
Don't you think vampires are majestic? It seems you don't like this faction ;). The Sphinxes really turned out majestic. And the others, in my opinion, are very interesting.
And Lamassu - is it also some kind of mythical creature? What is that bull with a human head? And I think that sphinxes don't suit mages. Especially instead of Rakshasa. Necropolis should have been in Egyptian style, so sphinxes are perfect here. And mages are more like Arabs. Although, according to the plot, one comes from the other :).
I just hope the game comes out in the spring. Otherwise, they might postpone it :(.
A ghoul is quite suitable for this definition :). The only thing missing is mummies. Maybe they should have replaced liches with them?
But I think that the developers just overdid it with the name; the art is clearly a sphinx, which is quite appropriate for the Egyptian style :).
Tell me, please, what is so great about them? Look at the 4 vampires; you can see it there, and here you can see the pride. I didn't say that I dislike the race; yes, I didn't like it in 5, but in 6, I want to play as everyone, especially the new Necropolis (it seems that Ubisoft immediately wanted to make Haven closer to Erathia, and Necropolis in an Egyptian style; in general, I like it).
Well, judging by mythology, a Lamassu is a bull with a human head, and it can't look like a sphinx. I only see a city-pyramid in an Egyptian style, yes, and a Lamassu, and ghouls are Arab corpse-eaters;)

A ghoul is an Arab corpse-eater, so nothing connects it to Egypt. And they could have introduced mummies...
Indeed, they overdid it; they couldn't just call it a sphinx.
different strokes for different folks
The link definitely proved that Lamassu is not a sphinx. But in "six," the sphinx is Lamassu. And we'll have to accept that, especially since I like the name :).
And who was trying to convince me that a ghoul is an Egyptian "creature"? Then, instead of them, it's better to use mummies! They will look good in the main lineup.

[/U]I was talking about the vampires from the sixth game. In my opinion, they also look majestic here.
No, it's a great race. I apologize, faction. Ghouls look much better than tormentors; they fit the race, and I like them. Vampires are very similar to those from the fifth game, but they turned out well. Skeletons also look good, but the second spear is clearly an extra limb. I also liked the ghosts; as I wrote, they simply exude an otherworldly chill. Liches... Well, they're not that great . But the sphinx turned out excellent. And regarding the translation, "Lamassu" could be called "sausage" :D. Or "Aschi cats" :D. Or simply: "Sphinxomassau." How about that?

Where did you even get the liches and vampires from? I don't see any artwork.

And the moral of the story is: the consumer can fantasize and get excited as much as they want, but they will still greedily devour everything that the masters throw down from their table.
Oh-oh-oh. Do you have something against "5"?
