But weren't the Silver Cities the residence of mages?
Necromancers and mages used to be a single faction; in Heroes 5, we see the moment when they have already split. The point is that over time, mages who did not practice necromancy began to envy the necromancers and started persecuting them. In Might and Magic 6, it probably shows the period when necromancers are respected in the Silver Cities.
Rather than envy, they should fear, because the power and army of the Necromancers grew, and the mages began to consider exterminating them. Thus began their confrontation, which almost destroyed the Silver Cities.
But the conclusion is one:
Mages are treacherous traitors, godless and generally scoundrels.
Necromancers are rejected geniuses, guarding the world from the messengers of Urgash, and ready to do anything to save the world.
Is it just me, or do sphinxes and the spider girl not appeal to anyone else? Death Knights and Death Harbingers were much better than the sphinx, although it would have been better to make Death Harbingers champions and Death Knights, vampires, and liches the elite units. IMHO.
The Sphinx is actually quite fitting, especially considering the Egyptian theme. And the translation of the creature's name (Strangler, for those who don't know) also supports this.
Similarly, I also feel sorry for the Knights, but they don't fit into the new concept. Although, nothing Egyptian has been observed in the vampires either, which is somewhat puzzling.
Well, if the spider-woman is the embodiment of Ashi, then let humans have Elrath
and the others have something similar (I just don't remember the names of the other embodiments of Ashi and the dragons).
Moderated: OFF-TOPIC in the message
Not really, I think "daughters of light" are the messengers of Elrath (maybe I'm wrong)
