111-117: 6 crypts, a gnoll hut at 15, an external dwelling of dendroids and unicorns, a legion belt (+4 elf), 8 heroes — playable. Went all-in on a razor's edge at the gnoll hut, almost got wiped and nearly stalled my development due to a lack of 3 crystals, but everything worked out.
121-... was thinking of going into the treasure zone when news of the surrender arrived; [the opponent] doesn't wish to continue.
