In your opinion, which deck archetypes are best suited for playing in the playoffs?
Vokial 22-25-14-14 0-1
Started without rests, on 111 Kyr was bought in the tavern, and then immediately Isra; nearby there was a cloak for 10% necro for 30+ cerberi, the choice of ГГ was obvious. 1 week 12357 in the castle, after which money troubles began...121 with 1 skeleton and 2 bears at the imp-farm near the castle; it turned out to be max(60-5), as a result, because of morale I didn't even have time to spread out...damn...wanted to surrender, but saw Vokial in the tavern, who asked me to give up resources for 2500 and try to take him as ГГ...So I did, after which I began to develop systematically...9 birds, 20+ orcs, recovering money, pre-max dwarf-farm, and everything was already not bad, plus the coveted cloak is already on my shoulders...the Zander set is week 2...On week 3 against the computer, I take the secondary Necropolis, collected some money, and went to the spotted Dragon Utopia; minimal loot, but pleasant—Sword of Justice, handcuffs, and Cloak of Renunciation...By the end of week 4 about 1000 skeletons, I go looking for red...I find his habitat, but Nella is faster; I have no logistics, I move slowly, GP and DD were not built anywhere...Expedited scouting and land overview help out; I approach red's capital, but Nella jumps to the found Dragon Utopia. I take the capital—oh, DD is there, a bit easier...I jump after Nella, she away from me, we jumped for so long, but I pushed her to where I could bring monthly reinforcements from my main castle. Red has no cities, so he flies to his capital, I go there too, 321, he buys up and I attack...1.4K skeletons, 15 monsters, 70+ Zanders, 52 ogres, 28 cyclops...if I didn't have the Cloak of Renunciation, red would have had chances (although I had advanced resist and a necklace for 5% resist), but otherwise everything is clear and simple...Thanks for the game, good luck to you...

...if I didn't have the cloak of resignation, the red player would have had a chance (although I had advanced resistance and a necklace with 5% resistance), but as it is, everything is clear and understandable... Thanks for the game, good luck to you...
Well, I understand, but the caption needs to be fixed.
1-0 in VK style corresponds to our def
0-1 corresponds to lose
You don't need to write stats and the score in the caption; if you want to indicate it, you can do it in the text or by attaching screenshots to the post (which, by the way, is only welcome).

Started without restarts, on 111 Kyrre was bought in the tavern, and then immediately Isra, nearby a cloak for 10% necro for 30+ cerberi, the choice of the main hero was obvious, week 1 12357 in the castle, after which money troubles begin...121 with 1 skeleton and 2 bears at the imp cottage near the castle, it turned out to be a max(60-5), as a result due to morale I didn't even have time to scatter...wtf...wanted to surrender, but in the tavern I saw Vokial, who asked me to donate resources for 2500 and try to take him as the main hero...So I did, after which I began to develop systematically...9 birds, 20+ orcs, recouping the money, pre-max Dwarf Cottage, and things were already going well, plus the coveted cloak was already on my shoulders...the Zander recruitment is week 2...On 3 to the computer, I pick up the secondary-Necropolis, gathered some money, and to the revealed Dragon Utopia, minimal but pleasant-Sword of Justice, Shackles of War, and Cloak of the Undead King...By the end of week 4 around 1000 skeletons, I go looking for red...I find his habitat, but Nella is faster, I'm without logistics, I move slowly, I didn't build Town Portal or Dimension Door anywhere...Expert scouting and ground view save me, I approach red's capital, but Nella jumps to the found Dragon Utopia, I take the opponent's capital-there is Dimension Door there, a bit easier...I jump after Nella, she runs from me, we jumped like that for a long time, but I cornered her where I could bring the monthly reinforcement from my main castle, red has no towns, so he flies to his capital, I go there too, 321, he buys troops and I attack...1.4K skeletons, 15 champions, 70+ Zanders, 52 ogres, 28 cyclops...if I didn't have the Cloak of the Undead King, red would have had a chance(even though I had advanced resistance and a necklace for 5% resistance), but as it is, everything is clear and understandable...Thanks for the game, good luck to you...

fix the header, but otherwise everything is correct.
There are 2 days left until the end of the second round (which has already been extended by a week).
Tomorrow, closer to the evening, I will be assigning the tech choices, even though I don't really want to.
Tungus has disappeared; I haven't seen him on Ace in a long time!
Opponent resigned, thanks for the game.

Opponent conceded, thanks for the game.
Confirmed, but he didn't exactly concede; he just didn't have time to play and continue the tournament. Thanks for the game.
It turned out that the more disciplined players are mostly advancing to the second round of the upper bracket. I can't say that this is very bad, especially since no one is eliminated completely yet, and there is still a chance to fight for a place in the final in the lower bracket.
TunguS, Weber, Vortex123, I hope you realize that you have given your opponents an advantage, and that there will be no more leniency, and that now it's a do-or-die game.
KEKS and Vidok, I find it difficult to choose which of you is more determined. If you don't finish by Monday-Tuesday (or at least don't provide a save file with a decent game time for analysis by Monday), I will have to flip a coin. I can't extend the round any longer; Homeless and the Prophet need opponents.
Second round deadlines:
Upper bracket - July 31st
Lower bracket - July 31st
These are the last days during which I will post technical results in case of any issues. If you foresee any time problems, please let me know in advance, not at the last moment.
And one more thing.
I allowed 2 games on the 2SM4d(3) map in the first round.
Don't expect this to happen again. No more custom maps!
Good luck to everyone, and wish me fewer technical issues in the tournament :)
In the first round, I allowed 2 games on the 2SM4d(3) template.
Don’t expect anything like that again. No more CMs!
Do you want to get us used to adult templates?
And what exactly is 8mm6?
The playtime for newcomers on this template is impressive.
Furious vs. Berkus 8mm6 217
drunkenstein vs. Albert@s 8мм6 321!!!
10 weeks is insane... it’s impossible to play it in one go, which means there are even more
chances of not playing at all, which means delaying the deadlines and teching.
And it’s not fair to play the playoffs on a large, incomprehensible template
when many people have only played 3-4 games on CMs.
And what’s so bad if 2 people agree to play on CMs?
Kash, you might see it differently, but I think you’ve gone too far.
We will play, but...
I hope the next tournament with templates will be better.
And that you’ll have fewer tech games. :)
KEKS/Vidok is ready to play, all day today, and in the evenings from Tuesday
Yes, 217 is quite a few, but it's not that many either; they can extend it for a week or two, and that's how they learn.
10 weeks is a bit much, though... but if the guys have time, why not?
And lastly, play Mini-Nostalgia; it's almost the same as SMK, but with computers.
P.S. A newbie will theoretically study new templates once they've mastered SMK, but that's not a certainty.
At least they'll get to see them.
I found it very interesting to play on 8mm6; I probably won't play SMK much anymore.
P.S.2. Before registering for a tournament, you should have checked what you would be playing in the playoff phase. By signing up, you agree!
