I'm all for Barbarians!!! :) Orcs, cyclops, ogres, Rukh birds, goblins, and all the "unloved" monsters (where's Alyonushka with her little red flower?)! :)
Heroes definitely lacks an Egyptian faction (Anubis, Sphinxes, Scorpion People, Pet-like creatures, Scarabs, Mummies, Apis – prototypes of Gorgons from Heroes 3).
Well, there are mummies in the third game, as neutral creatures...; But they are essentially undead! Only different creatures. Although new creatures wouldn't hurt, because skeletons, zombies, liches are getting old...:rolleyes:
It's strange when an expansion is planned before the official release of the game for public use. Personally, this immediately makes me think of a lot of unpleasant things! :rolleyes:

The idea of human-beasts isn't mine, but I'll answer intuitively: centaurs, minotaurs, tiger-men, and all sorts of other creatures... I have nothing to say about S.T.A.L.K.E.R. – I haven't played it.

Don't touch the dragons. If I remember correctly, in Heroes 3: The Shadow of Death, in the campaign Elixir of Life, I don't remember exactly which mission, either the last or the second to last, there was a dragon castle. And you can see that they have a significant advantage.

Yeah, a race of dragons would be more overpowered than Necromancers.... BUT they would look good as neutral creatures! Just not more than 2, as too many is harmful ;) ;) ;)
If dragons are implemented as a separate castle, then we will need to create low-level dragon creatures. And low-level dragon creatures are an insult! :)
Well, then at least name them dragon whelps or something else, perhaps by class, like dragon mage, dragon warrior, or something similar?
