You know, it doesn't happen often, but when it does, I replay the scenario, share the map with friends, and we all try to complete it together – that's where the real fun begins!

I think it's silly to talk about which faction is the best or most liked, because those who play to win choose the factions that suit the specifics of a particular map. I play Stronghold and Fortress, and they work well in 80% of maps. Inferno and Tower, never. Dungeon, Fortress, and Necropolis occasionally for variety, but castles are also good. Conflux very rarely. That's it.

I always play as Necromancers; I love their ability to regenerate.

I completed a map where the path to two enemies was blocked by mountains! On the third try in Utopia, I found the Air book! I was playing as Barbarians! Barbarians are the best!

I haven't played Heroes 3 in a long time, but for some reason, I always liked the Swamp faction.

The Swamp faction: an unusual choice, but it can be quite interesting for those who like a challenge!

I haven't played Heroes 3 for a very long time, but even then, I preferred the Castle faction. And I especially liked the Nagas in that faction!

I don't really like Wizards, but I dislike Inferno even more! Barbarians, Rampart, Dungeon, and Swamp!

I always liked mages in Heroes of Might and Magic III... and in Heroes of Might and Magic II too... I really like the Titans.

No mage can stand against a warrior with expert magic resistance, especially if that warrior is Crag! And if I only have Dragons in my army? Ha! Mages are weak. Only warriors rule...of course, 3 skill points will have to be spent: 1 to learn 5th-level magic, and 2 on air magic (dimension door) and earth magic (teleport to town + regeneration)...the remaining 5: Attack, Defense, Resistance, Logistics, Rough Terrain...it's possible to exchange the last 2 for Luck + Morale, or Logistics + (Luck or Morale).
You can also give up air magic in favor of Morale or Luck.

I agree. The Mage is more limited than the Warrior, and not just when it comes to dragons...

however, magic has a lot of bonuses, plus artifacts that complement it = complete destruction for dragons.

Aha! Find these artworks (just one artwork)! And resistance can be upgraded, plus corresponding artifacts!

The Celts, the mages don't rely solely on magic! Their army is also quite good, you know, sometimes it can be really effective! ;)
