it’s not that I don’t feel like playing… I just can’t find the Grail… I’ve searched all the surrounding areas…

You open three obelisks and find this location on the global map, dig there, and voilà... As for the exact location of the obelisks, you can find it in this thread; it has been discussed many times.

For me, it appeared a couple of turns below the human Castle, near the mountain and toadstools. At least, that's where it appeared for me.

I completed the 5th mission, "The Fall of the King," to the end, but for some reason, the second campaign, "The Devout," is not active, and the mission "The Fall of the King" is also not available, as if I hadn't completed it. Does anyone know why? :confused:

Do you have a licensed copy? Which patch is installed? If so, did you play from a saved game after installation, or did you start the mission from the beginning? Please answer at least these questions, and then we can provide a helpful response.

Same thing. Finished mission 5 "Sunset of the King", cutscene, Nicholas died, it says "mission complete", but for some reason the second campaign "The worshipper" is not active, and the "Sunset of the King" mission itself isn't either, as if I hadn't completed it. What's happening?????

I'm answering — license and patch I don't know, but I played from a save since I reinstalled it at work. I'll try to quickly run through it again now. I'll post the result

Finished the mission (the fifth one) once more. Zero effect. It didn't move me to the second campaign.
Again — looks like a licensed copy, don't know about the patch (bought it 2-3 months ago), loaded from a save, started the mission over — it doesn't transition to the second campaign. What to do ???????

Bad. Try to save before the end and reload the save a couple of times. If that doesn't work, I'll send you a save file.

You can't load from a save. You need to select a mission from the campaign menu.
The version is displayed in the main menu, lower-left corner, under the "version 1.x" label.
Is it a retail or pirated copy? You should have a key for the game on ubi.com, a piece of paper stuck under the disc. If not, it's a pirated copy.
Also, check the thread about "campaign 2, mission 1" or something like that; someone had the same problem, and I explained the solution to him, which is similar to what I'm telling you now.

It seems like the tear always appears in different locations (it was in different places for me), but if you want, I can send you a save file.

no saves needed! I want to play through it myself. I've gathered and upgraded all my troops. The town is at max level, and so are the heroes (3 of them), each at level 24. It's a shame!
If you don't mind, could you go into this mission, take a screenshot, and mark the location on the map in Paint? Please!!!

And all of this was achieved without cheats; I only gained experience through constant sieges of the town, thanks to the Necropolis faction!!!

Probably they meant Demons... and you should open all the obelisks and search with a magnifying glass for the same location on the general map, since the Tear is buried differently for everyone, after patch 1.1.
