detmers (Zoltan Necropolis) defeated bearded (Dugals Humans) in week 6 of the summer league.
I was very surprised when I was left with a Necropolis hero - I ran around - I gained level 18 near my home - I ran through the gate to my opponent - a little afraid of his preparation - but in vain.
Posts from The Great Confrontation – reports and summaries.
What kind of map is this - it takes 3 days to reach the enemy((( and I didn't even notice him for the first turn((((
The respected opponent was just unlucky. He was attacking from my side, and his time ran out, so he ended up standing next to my city, about half a meter away. I attacked the hero and drove him away, and then attacked the cockroach with warriors, but that's where it all ended. I wasted a week running around trying to get to the city, and because of that, the opponent reached level 4.
Thank you for the game.
Overall, Orcs are still Orcs in TE... I barely felt a difference.
Shak and Haga arrived, the starting position was unusually lucky, lots of neutrals and level-up spots, so I cleared everything with just 1 Paokai and 20 Centaurs.
At level 2 I picked up Anti-Magic, which caused problems with getting Machines and Logistics...
Week 2 - fever, luckily only the Warmongers weren't recruited...
At the start of the week I breached one adjacent zone - sand and void, then another - lava, and there was no one to fight, just crypts, Gargoyle Cottages, and Dwarf Cottages.
I had to clear them all without machines to gain experience... By the end of the week I got the Ballista and Pathfinding.
At the start of week 3 I breached the resource zone, a stable at the entrance :), maxed out Plunder right away and with unlimited movement scoured the entire zone in 3 days, then headed to the center.
By day 141 I was level 25, cleared the entire center in 4 days, found the entrance to the treasure zone, and was about to head there... but then my opponent surrendered, his game didn't work out.
In summary:
Haga level 27, 30-24-18-16
3 Offense - all perks
3 Defense - Evasion + Shield Bash
3 Logistics - up to Plunder
3 Anti-Magic - Weakening
2 Attack - Archery, Battle Brew
2 Machines - Ballista, First Aid Kit
Thanks to my opponent for the game!

Week 2 - feverish pace, fortunately only the Warmongs weren't bought out...
At the beginning of the week I broke through one adjacent zone - sand and void, the second - lava and no one to fight, just crypts, Gargoyle Cottages and Dwarf Cottages.

At the start of week 3 I broke through a resource zone, Stable at the entrance :), I immediately leveled Scouting and with unlimited movement ran through the entire day in 3 moves, then to the center.

2 Attack - Shooting, Barricade
2 War Machines - Ballista, First Aid Kit
Thanks to the opponent for the game!
The map was fast-paced, so we immediately headed to the log, then to the sharp mind, machines, and chaos. By the time we met, it was already 16 units, and the meteor was dealing over 500 damage.
Thanks for the game.
The game didn't go as planned; revivals in the castle didn't work, and I didn't find any spells in the shops, so I didn't attack serious neutral creatures. Towards the end of the second month, I teleported to the Treasury, bought a minimal Utopia, and found a few artifacts, but I also got a revival spell, which made things more interesting. But then I saw that my opponent was nearby my castle, and he wasn't hiding the fact that he was going to war with me). I cleared out some of the Treasury, defended against the Forgotten Hero, and teleported to the castle because the enemy scout was already in my starting area. The next day, Faiz arrived there as well. I didn't wait for him to attack the castle and met him in the field. The final battle was quick; the mage was killed. Thanks for the game!
Drakula82 (red, elves, Gilraen) won against Lutii (blue, mages, Faiz) using the Lethos 1-1-3 template.
The game didn't quite go as planned. Revivals in the Castle didn't work out, and I didn't find any good artifacts in the shops, so I didn't engage with serious neutral creatures. Towards the end of the second month, I teleported to the Treasury, got a minimal Utopian, and found a few artifacts, but they gave me a revival spell, which made things more interesting. Then I saw that my opponent was approaching my Castle, and he wasn't hiding the fact that he was declaring war on me. I cleared out some of the Treasury, took the Forgotten Hero's armor, and teleported back to my Castle because the enemy scout was already in my starting area. The next day, Faiz arrived there as well. I didn't wait for him to attack my Castle and met him in the field. The final battle was quick; the mage was defeated. Thanks for the game!
Confirmed, I lost! I focused on Darkness, but unfortunately, the Guild of Mages didn't offer any high-level Darkness spells. However, I found a Darkness spellbook where I sacrificed some troops. In the final battle, the mind control spell didn't work, and that was probably what led to my defeat.
Thanks for the game!
Enchanted ballista with over 2000 damage, but he made terrible mistakes in the final. He cast Meteor, killed all his creatures, and the Ents reflected the attack about 8 times. It was a close match.
Thanks for the game.
I confirm raykkonen's report.
I received the logistics skill at level 3. They gave it to me too late: at level 19, when I was already at the final level 20... I fought against the neutrals without any losses, but in the end, due to the slow development of the hero, I couldn't build all the upgrades.
If I had 4-5 more levels, it would have been more interesting in the finale... Although, an enchanted ballista dealing 2000 damage is just insane. There are practically no counters to it. True, magical resistance could have helped with artifacts that increase that resistance... On the 9th attempt, the ballista killed the Ent... :o
Thanks for the game!
