Where are the other murders?
1. Arandor is a Serial Killer. The Thief stole the Night Watch from the Mafia member who was out killing that night.
2. Arandor is a Mafia member. The Thief stole the Night Watch from the Serial Killer.
Is there another possibility?

The first statement is true. Cash is a Priest, and Ara is either Mafia or Town. Before the third day, the Mafia couldn't know that it was true, which means they couldn't have fabricated the announcement. Moreover, there is a very high probability that the analyst is still alive.

My main assumption is that Arandor is the killer. This means he killed Freud for a valid reason – he accused him of being a Mafia member, and when the Brack version failed, he decided to kill him. But I meant that Arandor suspected SOMEONE ELSE from the Mafia, which is why he was blocked to prevent him from killing them.

We should be looking for information about Reso, not theorizing about past events -_-
