For now, there are suspicions about TaKo, as her attempt to eliminate Magnus seems rather suspicious. However, I won't vote for her yet, as there might be more plausible theories (though it seems she wasn't actively killing today, but rather just playing within their team).

There are no clues on TaKo, and it doesn't quite fit with Latin, but the connection between Magnus and Rome seems more plausible. Remember the clues from the previous Mafia game? The parallels were so subtle that even Sherlock Holmes wouldn't have figured it out (no offense, Witch :)). I'm taking a risk, but: Execute Magnus

Experience suggests that it's best not to execute anyone on the first day, as there have been very few cases where the town correctly identified the murderer based on the first night's information. There were clues and theories, but in the end, they all turned out to be wrong... (except for maybe the second and third Mafia games, I'm not sure).
