Take a look at the build order and the clearing of the spawn area. This is my main complaint. Plus, there were other strange moments that those who watched might confirm.
I didn't make daily saves.

In the final, I couldn't do anything against Dragmageddon.

2) Up to turn 124, the opponent took a minute or a minute and a half per turn, even though he had 8 heroes from turn 113.

I also watched the game, starting around turn 125. Of course, everyone sees the game from their own perspective, and I naturally see it from mine.

So, I'll say that your opponent is a pretty good player!!! A good player's skill is evident in the details. I especially liked the following moment, which perhaps no one noticed.

The Foreigner ran up to attack your 102 Pit Lord with upgraded Harpies (you didn't attack them with Tazor, but instead holed up in the Castle to replenish mana)!!!! That is, the guy could have had around 50 Harpies by turn 131, and he could have used them to defeat the 102 Pit Lord. It doesn't matter if it was with Slow, Blind, or Berserk - the point is that he is capable of winning that battle with the forces he has and without losing momentum in his development. Because his Black Dragons appeared 2 days later.

I won't say anything about clearing the resource point, because I think he cleared it quite well. What's the point of clearing out hiding spots if there's no money to buy them back? Even with the Utopias, there's still a shortage of money. Besides, his income was higher, and he had more Castles.
