The screenshots are not from the PC version; they are probably from the console version of the game.

I suggest using this thread to post interesting screenshots from Might and Magic III. The Fountain of nayarah appears only once, and only after performing certain actions in one of the pyramids; then, the island of Piranha will rise, and this fountain will be on it. It's a very useful item because drinking from it will equalize the hero's current age with their natural age. At first glance, it's an ancient pyramid, but inside you can find robots and high-tech devices. The strongest opponent in the game is Lord Dragons. Also, these are quite strong opponents.
