Is it a system reboot? Does this happen only in Heroes, or in other games as well? It could be overheating, or a weak power supply, or maybe your system just isn't compatible with Heroes. Send Nival a bug report to technical support. P.S. I think there was a thread here about problems with the 6600 GeForce.

The power supply is most likely weak. If, for example, it's a 300W no-name Chinese power supply, then the problem is definitely with it, about 90%.
Have you tried lowering the graphics quality or reducing the resolution? What is the standard resolution of your monitor? If, for example, it's 1280*1024 and you set the maximum quality + anisotropic filtering + maximum anti-aliasing, then your video card definitely won't handle it (128MB of video memory will be insufficient, and the GPU itself is weak). That's when, during the most demanding moment, it will just crash.
