Unsuccessful kills don't provide clues, right? So, if the killer was blocked (which naturally happens BEFORE the kill), would the fact of the unsuccessful kill be mentioned? I mean, is it like now with the attempt on my life? Or is it only mentioned in the case of defense? (i.e., essentially, the action is performed AFTER the kill)
