Actually, we're talking about who we DON'T like:rolleyes:
I don't really like playing as the Sylvan elves... But not because their units are bad (some are actually pretty cool!), but because I don't like the racial ability of the elves... It's the most useless of all the other races... and the skills for this ability are only focused on it... And if there are many opponents and you don't know who will attack you first? Besides, to switch targets, you have to go back to the castle...:cool:
So, because of this, I prefer not to play as elves...
anton1987 Everything is clear, if you're talking about 10k skeletons, then you have the very first version. I agree, the forest elves were a bit weaker there. In the latest versions, they have been significantly strengthened, that's a fact!

If you don't know how to play as the light elves, then of course they will be complete garbage for you! This applies to any race.
I don't like Inferno and Necropolis – they offend my aesthetic sensibilities))) But seriously, I haven't played much with Inferno, probably because I haven't mastered the tactics for that faction. I haven't noticed anything interesting about them, besides their numerical advantage due to summoning creatures. Necropolis is decent, but their creatures, to be honest, scare me. Especially the un-upgraded ghosts and zombies.
Oh, and one more thing, I don't like Orcs – they're too weak, in my opinion. And their playstyle is specific – you can't stay in one place; instead of spells, they have various warcries... Something's not right, overall.
I see that Mages aren't highly praised here, but they remind me of aliens in some way (their city looks like a flying saucer IN THE CLOUDS), at first I enjoyed playing as Grandfather Razzak... then I got disappointed with the Mages... I really liked the beauty of Rajah Rakshasa... I would cherish them... but then I realized that Mages aren't that strong... I'm a big fan of Dwarves, and my least favorite race is Demons... they are direct enemies of Dwarves.
If you play on a map, then the worst faction is Inferno, followed by dwarves; I don't just dislike these two races, I can't stand them. And they have the most annoying neutral creatures, especially black horses and priests with fireballs; I also don't like fighting against thanes/erls/jarls.
The mages also have annoying neutral creatures – archmages and regular mages, battle mages.
If you play in a Real-Time Adventure (RTA), then, in my opinion, the worst and most inconvenient faction is the mages – there's no progression, all stats go into knowledge.

Demons don't wish anyone well. :D Although, theoretically, dwarves could have territorial disputes with demons, as well as with Warlocks, who are mainly enemies of dwarves because of this. As someone who sympathizes with dwarves, I should dislike elves because of this, but recently I've become somewhat sympathetic to matriarchy, so I don't even know anymore. :o
Personally, I can't stand the Dwarves. Their idiotic laughter when they manage to take down a stack really annoys me. And in general, I hate that they're overpowered in the late game; Inga with a couple of castles is already too strong. It would be better if they made the Necropolis and Inferno factions stronger. And by the way, I like Archdevils; unlike many here, I think they're stylish and powerful. It's a shame about the other units in Inferno, though.

PM. A sworn enemy is generally useless, and different types of arrows aren't very effective either.
Humans simply have boring units, except for griffons and angels.
Mages are intriguing with their various spellcasting skills, but they almost always use them ONLY against another hero. Sometimes it would be useful in battles with neutral creatures as well.
Inferno and Necropolis are tiresome due to their color schemes. Although in the 3rd upgrade, demons were made gray-brown, and undead were made purple:smile42:.
