According to the rules, 32 players are divided into 8 groups of 4 and play against each other. Thus, each player will play 3 matches in their group. 1 point is awarded for a win, 0.5 for a draw, and 0 for a loss. The top 2 players with the most points from each group advance to the playoffs. In case of a tie in points within a group, two players with the highest seasonal rating from the summer of 2009 advance. If the seasonal ratings are also tied, the player with the higher permanent rating as of the end of the group stage advances. If there is still a tie, the player who completed their group stage matches the fastest advances (based on reports in this thread). Next, a cup system is used with a match for 3rd place. Accordingly, the semi-finalists will play 4 more matches. In total, there will be 7 rounds. The preliminary draw is in the second post of this thread. The color in the table is for the first generation. Then, the colors will be changed after each restart. Each match has a 2-week deadline. The official start date is September 1st. By this time, we will resolve all organizational issues. Those who wish can start playing earlier. The group stage ends on October 12th. Elves, time as agreed, skirmish is preferable, but otherwise, it's up to the organizers.

I really want to see Valery on this forum; I agree to include him in my group if needed. The competition will be tougher, but it will be more interesting. ;)
