Maybe because it is the most popular when there is a free choice, and the organizers want to attract more people to participate in the tournament? Everything is democratic; if there are many opponents for the scenario, then most of the matches will be played on other templates, and I think the organizers will also take into account the wishes as much as possible and, as promised, if necessary, divide them into groups as needed.

I would also suggest the following amendment: if both participants play with the same faction, then the starting heroes are chosen randomly only if they both want to play with the same hero.

Regarding playing at night, it's very debatable. We don't want a situation similar to Alex's to happen... Is it really impossible to play at another time? :( Panic and Balance are actually good templates for Inferno.
