I am looking for Heroes players WHO PLAY FAST (1-2 minutes per turn, but WITHOUT a timer !)

There are players who spend 5-10 minutes thinking over each turn. In tournament play, according to the rules, they have the right to do so.
But in a regular game (not a tournament) it is very ANNOYING when a player spends 5-10 minutes thinking over each turn in the first week, even if that player is strong. Moreover, rushing a slow-thinking player is completely ineffective and not very polite.

1. = First, I do not like waiting that long for the opponent to make a move. I usually spend 1-2 minutes per turn, at least in the first two weeks.
2. = Second, if you play that way, a game takes about five hours, if not more (if almost an hour is spent on each week). I cannot and do not want to spend an entire weekend on one game.
3. = Third, attention drops after the first one or two hours of play, even if it is not noticeable to the eye.

I would like to play with those WHO PLAY FAST and spend 1-2 minutes on a normal turn (when no special thinking is required).
I am generally against timers, because there are decisive situations and battles (1-2 per entire game) where you HAVE to think. But clearly, not every turn !

Regarding the Heroes version and rules, I think we can come to an agreement.
Please do not write things like "whoever thinks fast plays poorly". Heroes is NOT chess, and I do not take it seriously (as a competition). Only as entertainment.
