That was a thing. I was learning to play swamp, as you can see – unsuccessfully. I switched mid-game to Gunya at level 20, but ended up going into the Dragon Utopia with a weak Vistan (armor and mass skin) – and died there. Priorities were set incorrectly; in truth, I should have used Gunya to take the opponent's Castle on 137 through a weak GO. And there's a consa and a Dragon Utopia right at the doorstep =)
Thank you for your time, good luck in the Tournaments
In the Facebook battle, the Cloak of Resilience helped me a lot, as Dessa was already a quite powerful mage, plus the Earth book with the explosion:smile07:. If it weren't for the cloak, Tazar's advantage in stats and army size wouldn't have helped.
Thanks, Yulia, for the game, you owe me a rematch:smile01:
No Elves showed up. In the first week, I saw a passage to Necropolis's secondary mine (Dungeons) guarded by 50-99 Harpies and 20-49 Monks. It wasn't obvious that it was a double guard, so I attacked the Harpies with a Griffin stack, losing 17 Centaurs, but the Monks didn't let me pass, so I went another way. The entrance to the Underground secondary mine was guarded by 20-49 Griffins Cerberuses, so I didn't go there, it was too dangerous without Dryads and Unicorns. I went further, and the entrance to the Tower secondary mine was guarded by 10-19 Spotted Hyenas, so I brought Dryads and Unicorns, attacked them, took the Tower, and claimed the Premaks Crypt. I built Unicorn dwellings in the Castle and an Observatory in the Tower. I return home because there's nothing to do in the Tower secondary mine and no point in collecting resources there. However, Igor starts a rush in the range of Kirr with 1-4 Marks, leaving the rest of his army with Loshk. I bring Loshk's army from the Tavern, thinking for a long time whether to give him his 5 Elves, after upgrading them. I decided that upgrading the Elves would lead to a Red Rush, so I didn't take them. I attacked the guard between us (20-49 Mummies) on the road, first attacking 1.2.1. Valeska, killing her, and then Loshk, who bought his way out. At Igor's respawn in the Black Market, I exchanged most of my resources for 10,000, just in case I need to buy my way out. On the next turn, Loshk takes the Max Crypt on his home territory, and Igor gives me the victory.

I confirm, that's how it was, if not for the cloak... :smile05: But, it wouldn't be appropriate in this case.
Thanks for the game, I owe you a rematch :) :smile33:
I confirm. I rushed into a disadvantageous position, although the prospects for the 2nd week were good with 60 archers (hidden archers) and the Earth skill. Thank you for the game. ____________________________________________ How Long Will They Mourn Me? Tupac Amaru Shakur http://zvezdi.ru/catalog/P/2pac.html
I barely managed to execute a good strategy. I struggled for a long time against Valka and the opponent's units... In the end, she managed to break through to the capital, captured it, and settled there, but she ended up completely cut off from her supply lines, and Tazar barely managed to finish her off in his own city. Today is definitely my day!
Thank you for the game!!!
Всё не так плохо как Вы думаете. Всё намного хуже!
I'm writing how it all went. It's a shame, of course, made a lot of mistakes: 1) on the first week I did NOT build a Prefecture (what horses in a Castle on this template?) 2) ignored the Naga Bank 3) only took conservation after the first encounter with the opponent, when he sent me home. I was afraid to attack the horde of lizards without Tactics and Mass Haste :o 4) and at the end, I didn't build the Mana Vortex myself and didn't send some random hero into it, so the enemy wouldn't get it
So. One time it spawned 38(!) Archers (two native heroes and three stacks for Valeska), but the only exit from the respawn was blocked by 30 Grands. Roads are slow and very long, running back takes a long time. Attacked — lost the entire army — took the rest.
So, I took all the rests, the opponent took none. 111. From the start, 26 Archers, 2 were lost immediately. 112. Free Gretchen level 1 from the prison. Got Air. 113. Take the external dwelling of Archers, bring them to the Castle. Got Offense. Should have built the Prefecture; I didn't, and it was in vain :( 114. Risked taking one chest for experience. 115. Rushed into the Mud, 42 Harpies devoured all the Goblins 116. Lost another 4 Archers at the block. Captured a Necro Village, near it — a Stable. Why did I build a Tavern?? 117. Free another level 1 hero, lose 3 Archers due to stupidity.
Week summary. All exits from the respawns are visible: through a horde of Water Elementals — to the Rocks with the Dungeon, through a horde of Hounds — to the Mud, through a crowd of Pit Fiends — to the Snow. Valeska level 7, 6-4-3-1. Horses in the Citadel, external dwellings of Pikemen and Archers. Remaining: 26 Archers and a dozen Pikemen (and those from the freed hero)
Half of the second week was spent moving the Archers from the distant capital (no money to buy out everything else). I did it half-heartedly — sometimes a bunch of heroes ran along the same trajectory, sometimes the heroes practiced shuttle running. During this time, I lost the remaining Pikemen and another 3 Archers. 124. Valeska finally buys a spellbook and gets an army (5 Horses, 33(+23 were) Marksmen, 46 Pikemen (dwelling from 2 weeks, the rest I don't even know from where :)). There's a Bless scroll. I go left, into the Mud. There I lost 20 Pikemen (forgot I had Slow in the spellbook :(). 125. Captured a Pandora's Box with 5K experience and broke through the next border (about 40 Pit Fiends — could this be in the treasure zone?). But a group of Efreeti guarding the Necklace of Swiftness forced me to turn back. Didn't break through the passage to the Swamp through wasteland (though there are Gnolls). 126. A scout captured the remaining two mines (-4 Archers). Valeska went to Necropolis to replenish mana. Found a Seer promising something for the Necklace of Swiftness. Have a fairly accurate idea of the Grail's location on my respawn :) 127. Broke through to the Rocks. The road leads straight to the Dungeon, no branches.
Week summary. In the Castle, built Castle and 1000, in the Necro Village, MG2 Valeska level 12, 7-8-3-2. Remaining: 5 Horses, 51 Archers, and 12 Pikemen (+22 un-hired)
Two more days were spent waiting :) for money to hire the army. What can you do if the only income buildings are two Medusa Hovels, one in a corner of the map and the other not much closer. There are, however, two chests with 100 Gremlins two days from the Castle, but all the other wealth is still behind Orcs/Lizards/Pit Fiends/Archers/Hobbits. While writing these lines, I also noticed the Naga Bank. Should have noticed it earlier. 133. Broke through another passage. Took the Armor +1 all stats. On the other side, a scout found an Air Scouting and decided to report it to Valeska. 134. Captured the Dungeon. Opened the overview, saw Tazar with Angels + Hydras + Lizards beyond the border behind a horde of Grands. Built a Mage Guild (got Haste!) and stayed not so much to replenish mana, but to build the Altar of Wishes the next day and get Expert Air Magic. Tazar beat the Elves, but seeing me, he ran away. 135. Tazar turns out to be within reach with an Angel and singles; I attack, he buys time with Tactics. I run forward. I see he has an External Market. On 136 I carelessly jumped into a Teleporter, and Tazar locked me in there. On 137 I had to attack. 5 Angels (I didn't expect) with Tactics destroyed all my Archers in two hits, in the end I bought it with Pikemen and 4 Horses, having destroyed only 4 of the opponent's Angels (and due to the opponent's incorrect actions). True, the External Market significantly helped fix the economy.
The opponent took two villages from me, and Tazar went into the treasure zone. I take conservation — a level 3 on my native respawn (on the 4th week. hm) and try to shift the army towards the opponent, recapturing these central secondary towns. Not enough money to hire Valeska... The opponent had a short solution — capture one of the secondary towns with a scout, move Tazar there and tear my army apart, but this didn't happen. On 144 Valeska is bought out and rushes towards the enemy capital.
I must give credit to the scouts. In the Mud and Snows, on the Rocks and the green grass, they fought fierce battles. There was a struggle for Rampart and Necropolis, for the Dungeon, for domination over mines and markets. Random recruits from Humans and Goblins, Lizards and Imps, entering the fight, hindered the opponent's reconnaissance activity.
By the sixth day, Valeska took up defense in the enemy capital. Tazar with endless mana (built the Mana Vortex in the Dungeon) attacked and won... with a remnant of 10 Basilisks. That's what happened. The decisive factor was that I didn't build the Mana Vortex earlier and didn't visit it with some spare hero. And losing the whole army is fixable :)
Thanks for the game, it was interesting. PS. In personal encounters, 2(Kluka):1(Hermit)
111. It spawned at the top. Shakti with 3 stacks, Gunnar and Monere in the tavern. Total of 159(!) Troglodytes from the start. Took two crypts (minimum and maximum). Also got Earth magic. 112. Took an external Minotaur dwelling 113. Took another crypt - maximum. On its guard, I stupidly lost one Minotaur. Decided not to take the external Troglodyte dwelling. 114. The opponent took a neutral secondary hero. Shakti cleaned out the minimum Conservatory. 115. At the cost of 4 Minotaurs and 40 Troglodytes, took an external Dragon dwelling (70% losses against a guard of 20..49 = 48 Royal Griffins). Shakti dives into the subway, and there's a block of Earth Elementals. Shakti has Expert Tactics, Offense, Earth Magic. 116. Found a Shrine of Magic Gesture 117. Two recovered piles of gems turned out to be 3 each, resulting in 1-4 for the Citadel (was short 1 gem :(). Shakti was offered Artillery and Learning; having nothing else to do, he returns to the Dungeon.
121. Minotaurs in the portal. Monere went to look for gold in the depths of the respawn. Shakti buys a spellbook and checks external dwellings, shrines (luckily there is one, but no Slow anywhere) and even obelisks. Gunnar stands still. The AI shows up behind the Elementals. 122. Monere took a minimum Medusa dwelling and broke through to the subway 123. Monere, with an Angel and Dragon, recovers resources; Shakti visits a stat-boosting structure and casts Expert View Earth. 124. Shakti descends into the underground and prepares to fight the harmful Elementals. 125. Shakti defeats 83 Elementals with a big stack (Troglodytes under the blessing took out exactly one stack minus one Elemental, which was finished off by the Eyes), dives into the teleporter, and captures the "home computer's" castle. This home computer kills one Scout. In the Conflux, 4 levels are built and, most importantly, 2000. 126. I return to the crossroad (leaving a Dragon in the Conflux), dive into the portal, and capture the Rampart village of the red player. Gunnar, who escaped from the computer last turn, has Expert Logistics, is hired again, and scouts the passage towards the opponent. 127. Gunnar is sent back to the tavern, now as red Sehph Inroth with Griffins + Roc + 58 Archers. Monere breaks through to the Conflux from the other side; two Dragons and an Angel are handed over to Shakti, who sits in the village. Did not build Minotaurs.
131. Dragons in the portal. All resources are taken to the market; Shakti heads to the opponent. 132. The opponent checks my army count and surrenders
The spawn looked normal at first glance — 2 stacks, Harpies built. Dug up Gurney — he's the daddy, though without the cannon, but Trosar is behind him. At the respawn: pre-max Crypt, 2 piles of gold, 2 wood, 2 Dancing Men. Cleared a Pandora's Box for 5k gold. End of the week — secondary hero, Griffins in the citadel =) my anti-record =) Scouted guards toward the opponent and a bunch of shooter blocks toward Brown. Got 60 Harpies from a quest artifact at the start of week 2, traded for money to upgrade, went toward the computer... but the road turned out to be long, and when the opponent arrived, I hadn't even reached him yet =) Then I got beaten, bought myself back, saw dragons, and in despair attacked the Grands — Pandora's Box guards — but they split into 7 stacks GG. Thanks for the game.
After 3 restarts, the game began: a large resource spawn and a good amount of money were generated, although there were almost no hidden resources. I decided to play. Week 1: Pyre appeared in the tavern, and I made her my main hero. I had 6 heroes. I took a secondary Castle (the passage was guarded by 60 thieves, and they killed all my wolves... too bad). Things got even worse; I lost 1 bear and 1 bird in the Imp town due to my own stupidity (40 each). I almost broke my keyboard, but 2 consorts saved the day. I cleared out the wolf, orc, and goblin dwellings. I have houses 1-2-3-5-7 in the Castle. Week 2: I cleared out the cyclops dwelling, then the mini-consort dwelling, then the two-consort dwelling. I attacked the passage to the Underground. The weak hero showed me the Dungeon and the Library, and I also saw Ivor with a group of pegasi, a group of dryads, and many high elves, but he didn't see me. Week 3: Ivor captured the Dungeon and then disappeared somewhere. I took the Dungeon with my weak hero and settled in. On day 132, Ivor attacked and took back the Castle. His weak hero reached the lookout. I made a maneuver: I attacked Ivor's weak hero with my own weak hero (as a decoy), and with Pyre, I moved a group of angels in the Underground, but so that the opponent wouldn't see her. She would gain experience and reach anywhere quickly... The plan failed because Ivor went to take some artifact. I flew to the Dungeon and settled in. Ivor, realizing that things were bad, tried to run home, but he didn't even make it to the Underground. His weak heroes were giving him pieces of his army. Day 134, Final Battle. Thank you for the game!

SEM_56 (blue, Fortress, Wystan, Wystan) def Van (red, Dungeon, Shakti, Shakti) 2sm4d(3), 136 An interesting match turned out, from the second week already the opponent was harassing the Fortress dwellers with his visits!!!:p 111-117 took a crypt for 5 vampires, a scout revealed the path to the native secondary town, a Town Portal and there. Walked for a long time, on 115 took the secondary town, a crypt, revealed the Griffin Conservatory. On 117 scouts take 2 crypts, 1-6 in the citadel in the main town and 1-4 in the citadel in the secondary town... 121-127 took another crypt, on 122 I beat 70 Fire Elementals and take a horde of Behemoths, on 124 Shakti appears and attacks my scout with an army (Wystan on the fly with a speed artifact), I bought him off. Almost no money to buy troops, I sit in the castle. Shakti goes back to the teleport between my two castles. I come out with troops and block the path to the castle, Shakti dives into the teleport. I take another 2 crypts, a mini Naga Bank and a mini Dwarf Bank. Week result: 1-6 in the castle in the main town, 1-6 in the citadel in the secondary town... 131-136 I transfer troops to the scout, he takes the Griffin Conservatory for 2 Angels, I go to the 2nd Griffin Conservatory. Here the opponent writes that he surrendered on the GO breakthrough and gives me the victory...:(
SEM_56 (blue, Fortress, Wystan, Wystan) def Van (red, Dungeon, Shakti, Shakti) 2sm4d(3), 116 A mega game turned out, on the edge of possibilities... Took all the resources and the random distribution was pretty good, but a ton of shooter guards. The road to the native secondary town is blocked by GO, a crowd of Hydras. There is a horde of Vivi, guarded by Worgs, nearby a teleport guarded by a crowd of Royal Griffins, but there are 2 Dwarf Banks... 111 I build flies, give them to scouts, take a crypt for 5 vampires, scouts scatter... 112 I see 2 Dwarf Banks and head there, build Lizardmen. The second hero arrived, Jabarkas with 12 Orcs and 19 Goblins!! 113 I take a Dwarf Bank for 75 with an upgraded stack, lose an Orc due to dwarves' morale... 114 I dive into another Dwarf Bank, it turned out to be a maximum stack, army: 34 upgraded Lizardmen, 11 Orcs, small numbers of flies and Gnolls, hero level 3 (I thought for a moment that there were just 100 of them). Preliminary positioning helped a bit to buy time and not cause too much chaos, but the dwarves didn't move as I wanted and I had to sacrifice Orcs to open up space for the Lizardmen. In the end, after kiting and shooting dwarves, only 25 Lizardmen remained in the army with 2 or 3 shots left (MAXIMUM STACK TAKEN)!!!:smile49: :smile49: :smile49: :smile49: 115 I beat 24 Royal Griffins, 24 Water Elementals and take the Tower secondary town. Scouts reveal a Pandora's Box behind a horde of Souls... 116 I beat 99 Souls with an upgraded stack, lose 1 Vivi, all Gremlins, Gargoyles, flies and 1 Lizardman. In the Pandora's Box, 10,000 gold, Wystan level 11 (500 experience short of level 12), I write to the opponent that everything is good for me, Van again concedes victory to me, as he lost almost everything. Thanks for the games!!!
