Not sure, sorry, but skeletons and vampires for sure!

Liches actually touch the ground. It's just that their "dress" hides their feet.

How can they not be visible? They are visible (I can see them).

In my opinion, liches are better than archliches (I don't like the horns on their helmet, and the color of their robe should have been red, not white).

That's not that significant. Although it seems like a nearly flying unit...
I don't have any similar complaints about the undead units (except for the dragons, but I've already talked about them many times!)

The strongest bone dragons were in Heroes of Might and Magic 4, and the spectral dragons were in Heroes of Might and Magic 3. But in Heroes of Might and Magic 5, they are weak, but their growth is higher than the others (due to the dragon tomb)

Normal dragons are weaker than other level 7 creatures but have a higher growth rate and bonuses from the Necropolis faction.

I agree, but in my opinion, the coolest ones are:
1) Ghosts
2) Liches
3) Zombies!

It's unclear why the developers dressed the Liches in a wedding dress. :) And he shoots from a laser pistol. :)
And the Undead could also have been given some tattered clothing, like the zombies in the first part (it looked so cool!). The scythe, of course, looks great!
And a Vampire with a sword is like a peasant with a royal scepter! You have to come up with something like that. :).
I really liked the animation: how the Lich takes out a knife and puts it back in its sheath – that's something!
Dragons are terrible, and in all parts. And why do the undead need dragons? There are already enough of them!
It's strange that there is no Black Knight – the MOST IMPRESSIVE unit in the 3rd part. (I think I'm not alone in thinking so) And his attack was beautiful... it used to be. :) A sword really suits him, or whatever he has instead of a face :-)
Skeletons are cool as always :-)
Zombies are just too disgusting, because they are too bulky!
I liked the Spirits, especially the animation of how they attack. Super!

In total:
Spirits, Undead – Super!
Vampires, Liches – need to be reworked!
Dragons – remove them!
Death Knights – definitely add them! :)

P.S. By the way, the Skeletons need to be undressed. :)
And I would give the Zombies some rotten fence board with a couple of nails in their hands. :)

Visually and in terms of their behavior in battle, I like the Spirits the most. It would be great if there were more of them, or if they could respond an unlimited number of times. Then I would enjoy using them even more.
