Could you please tell me what this is? I want to play online, but when I click the button with the computer and globe icon, the game just crashes. What's going on?
Could you please tell me what this is? I want to play online, but when I click on the button with the computer and the globe, the game just crashes... wtf?
Hmm, maybe you shouldn't press that button, try another one? :D For example, use a TCP/IP connection; that's how everyone plays. You also need to install Hamachi, and then it will work ;)
To do this, you need to look at the topics of previous Tournaments – there you will find the maps that we played. If the maps are unfamiliar, you can refrain from commenting. But if there are familiar ones, please don't hesitate and express how they can be improved. On the 1st, I will create a topic with the rules and registration information. Good luck!

How do you earn various rewards here? And regarding online games, how does it work?
Go to the top of any topic, and you'll see a panel labeled "HW Tournaments." Rewards are earned for various versions of the game, both offline and online. There are also non-tournament-related rewards. Regarding purely online games, all topics are in the tournament section ("rules...", "arrange a game," "reports...", "rating table"). Here's a link to all HW rewards and their owners, as well as a brief description of how they were earned: http://forum.heroesworld.ru/awards.php?#award17
I have all three licenses on three discs. Version 3.1. I downloaded the patch from 3.1 to 3.2, installed it in the game folder, and launched the game. The version still hasn't been updated. What's the problem? I tried reinstalling the game, but it's the same...
1) Does anyone have information on the approximate number of units implied by terms like "Few," "Group," "Pack," "Many," etc.?
2) We're having an issue: we can play against the AI in a 2-player game over the internet without any problems, but when we try to play with 3 players (3 humans and the rest AI), the game freezes after 1-2 turns, and someone gets disconnected.
Can anyone offer any suggestions regarding these two points? Thanks in advance... P.S. "Heroes of Might and Magic III: Complete Collection"

2) There's an issue: we were playing with a friend online against AI opponents, and it worked fine for two players. But when we tried to play with three players (i.e., 3 human players and the rest are AI), the game freezes after just 1-2 turns, and someone gets disconnected.
Are you all using the exact same version? If so, then I don't know. It seems people have played with three or four players without any issues.
Maybe I'm not a newbie anymore, but I have a question. They say that Conservatories are taken by creating a pocket for archers, but for some reason, when I play as Castle or Rampart, if there isn't an upgraded stack of Griffins, they almost always attack the archers in the first round, even though I place them in the 3rd and 6th positions. This also happens with an upgraded stack, although not often. Today, I took a risk and took a level 1 Conservatory with an upgraded stack while playing as the Tower with Solmyr on day 113. CS=2, knowledge 50. Although the upgraded stack didn't attack the Gremlins and I tried my best to make the Griffins deal little damage to the shield, they broke through it. Luckily, they dealt more damage to the 6 Golems than to the 10 Gargoyles. I was left with 3 Gargoyles and 70 Gremlins in two stacks of 6 and 8 Griffins each. (I took the Conservatory, losing the entire shield and 2 Gremlins, because Solmyr still had enough mana for one Haste spell, and a Gremlin ran away so that the Griffins wouldn't reach it, and the Gargoyles flew to the other end so that only one stack could reach them, but they both flew after it...) And what if one of the stacks had morale? And what if Solmyr didn't know the Haste spell, then would it be impossible to create a pocket? I'm very surprised when I see people taking Conservatories on the first day, or immediately rushing to a level 2-4 Conservatory without an upgraded stack on the second day. Is it just me who has these problems with taking Conservatories, where every time you discover a Conservatory and every time the Griffins move, you need nerves of steel, and the slightest miscalculation in the Griffins' damage, morale, or an archer attack in the first round leads to a loss? I read about taking the maximum number of Conservatories on the second day with Rampart; it said that 1 Dryad in the second stack survives and holds the upgraded stack. But I checked, and sometimes it doesn't survive... These Conservatories just annoy me! They are the reason for most of my defeats. Why, when I see a Conservatory, do I immediately get upset, first because I have to somehow defeat its guard and check what kind of Conservatory it is, and second, because it might be a level 2-4 Conservatory without an upgraded stack, and I'm already thinking about how I can lose in it, while many people are happy that they have it, as if they aren't afraid of losing in it... Does anyone else have the same problem as me?
Всё не так плохо как Вы думаете. Всё намного хуже!
