In Might and Magic VIII, you won't get far with a party consisting only of Necropolis creatures.

Ah... it's a pity that there are no Druids in this part...
But in general, my choice is Dragon.
Why? Because it's overpowered!

My favorite class is the troll because you can level up its regeneration, bodybuilding, and mace skills to grandmaster level. As a reminder, the mace can paralyze. But it breaks quickly, so it needs to level up repair, which it is, by the way, not lacking in. You might say I'm wrong, but I won't argue; I've played the game 8 times.

Nah... A Troll is cool... I haven't downloaded it myself, but I've taken it into my party a few times... (not for long)... he's quite a serious guy.

Minotaur and vampire. The minotaur is a tank, no worse than a troll, but much smarter, and the vampire drains life from enemies. What's wrong with that?
True, there is one drawback to the bull-headed creatures: helmets and boots don't fit them.

Necromancers rule... Especially liches... And dragons are a completely different story!

I like playing as the Fortress because I completed the campaign with it, and I usually take a Minotaur and a Necromancer as companions!

I almost always cleared Murmurwoods this way. It's perfect. I never liked Clerics, and the rest are enemies =)
The downside is the inability to hire that 50th-level Elf, although this usually reduces interest more than it adds, as she's a walking cheat code =).

I don't know, if your party consists only of Necropolises, you can die with the entire party on the 5th Armageddon.

When everyone is a Necromancer, you need to: give each character their own element and level it up to 30+, preferably find rings for each that give + to their element (+staves, Lich's Crown, and everything that gives + to school points), and then you go and kill everyone with incredible speed. But
