It's simple. Take any two characters in the key and write them in a different case. That is, if the letters are lowercase, write them in uppercase (only a couple of them), then click, if it doesn't work, correct them again, if it still doesn't work, delete the key and enter it again, if it still doesn't work (which shouldn't happen), then delete it again and enter it so that all the letters are in different cases.
