Yes, a hero's attack is physical damage regardless of the visual effect, so spirits can "dodge":)

Vampires (as depicted) are weak in attack – who gave them a sword when their natural weapon is their teeth? And they don't have much health either. By the way, while the Haven faction has a nice tan, vampires are doomed...
Titans are pathetic... I agree that turning them into "black guys" is not aesthetically pleasing; it would be better if they wore armor like in Heroes of Might and Magic III (and stick an electric generator somewhere on them). Why does he shoot lightning from his hands? He should summon lightning somehow, or maybe conjure a ball lightning...
