New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
they really copied the image; the designers just keep changing it around.
In Heroes of Might and Magic III, if my memory serves me right, dragons looked like trained dogs, either standing on their hind legs or performing the "sit" command...
Apologies if I'm wrong. But it's hard for me to compare those images with these. There's a significant time gap.
I checked the admin's link and don't see anything wrong; they're normal elementals – remember the fire elementals in Heroes of Might and Magic III and IV... I don't understand why they're considered less appealing than these.
They look great in Heroes 3 and 4.
Fire elementals?
Are you serious?
In the third game, the elemental was weak until it started moving. As soon as it had to move, it turned into a burning American Superman. It flew, I think, with a limb extended forward. Hilarious.
In the fourth game, it's a bonfire with eyes, spitting out little sparks. No comment.
As for the "plasticine dogs," it's a pretty decent depiction. I'm glad the designers abandoned the "Pavlov's dog" concept, leaving only the dogs' function.
For example, compare the Bone Dragon from the third game or the fourth game with the one from the fifth game.
