I really liked the rating calculation system for tournaments, as it takes into account both the number of participants in the tournament and the strength of the players (their results). Simply awarding points for the place taken is not entirely correct. But here, on the portal, you can end up in the middle of the table after a tournament, but if your result is relatively close to the champion's, you will also receive a large number of points for the tournament. 2. Of course, thank you to Kamikaze for the rating tables that he maintains. But sometimes this happens not very promptly (although this may have been due to summer – the vacation period). Maybe he needs an assistant? I would like to see a feature on the portal – a general table for all players for the current year, and not just the top ten. The table should have TWO parts – offline and online ratings for each player who has participated in a tournament at least once. Next, the table should have 5 columns – for the five versions of Heroes. And in each column, there should be the current rating for each version in which the Player participated in tournaments. It would also be good to indicate – in how many tournaments during the year and in which versions the player played!!! 3. Regarding morale – maybe it should be left only on IMPORTANT topics on the forum – for example, on all tournament topics. After all, you removed the morale from the congratulatory topic. Maybe even remove the ability to assign morale on the intra-clan subforum??? 4. What I did NOT like is how moderators delete messages from ordinary forum members based on their subjective opinion. I don't remember where, but I read that if a post contains off-topic content, spam, etc., anyone can leave a link to that post in the appropriate topic, and then the coordinator decides what to do with the post, and can even punish (warn). For example, when I clearly pointed out the weak organization of the tournament by the organizer himself, when not everything was written and thought out for a specific tournament in the corresponding topic for that tournament, the moderator simply deleted my posts and commented that the problem had supposedly already been solved, although the problems remained and nothing changed. Make it so that only the coordinator and the chief moderator for a given version of Heroes have the right to delete posts. 5. I also did not like it when one of the tournament participants sent his save file within the allotted time for the tournament (about a week, or even 10 days). The tournament organizer confirmed the receipt of the save file, but did not check it – and when the deadline for submitting save files for the tournament ended, it turned out that the archive with the save file could not be unpacked! Yes, the player did something wrong and sent a bad archive, but the judge (tournament organizer) was obliged to check whether the sent save file could be read in this version of Heroes. And checking for cheating and other violations can be done later. After all, there is a rule that bold font means the save file has been accepted, and bold italic means it has been counted. After all, if the organizer had immediately pointed out the player's mistake, the player would have had time to send the correct and normal archive, as there was still time before the end of the tournament. And the player was probably upset that, according to the result shown, he should have taken a prize-winning place in the tournament, but his result was not counted, and the clan also did not receive the rating. This fact may discourage this player (or others) from participating in future tournaments. 6. Many players have registered, but have not written a single post! Maybe you should send them a warning-reminder by email that their NICK may be deleted after some time? 7. I want to suggest introducing restrictions on the size of the avatar (and also in kilobytes – for example, no more than 5). Completely prohibit or allow no more than one USERBAR. This is extra kilobytes – and this also slows down the portal.

However, in my opinion, this should be checked by the coordinators, and if a message/thread is truly useless, it should be physically deleted. But there is a problem: there are many moderators, and the forum itself is large, but there are only 3 coordinators. It is impossible to keep track of everything, especially since they have other, more important responsibilities. In general, threads can certainly be deleted; they really do get in the way. If deleted messages in a thread seem unnecessary (for example, in a clan's presentation thread), you can simply ask a coordinator or administrator to delete those messages. They are unlikely to refuse

But such a system doesn't work. For example, even if I ask to delete this topic, it will be deleted, but the forum is large, and I can't be everywhere. And now, it seems, it wasn't bothering anyone. Regarding the site design - it's excellent. The pleasant background on the forum. BUT, if you compare it, say, with Liga Geroyev (I hope this isn't considered advertising) - their design is practically nonexistent, yet the league rules... because of the great "content" and great players! So I think design is far from the main thing; the main thing is tournaments and attracting newcomers.
Regarding the DB system - the highlight of HeroesWorld, it's definitely needed. Leave the birds where they currently sit! Though I have indeed noticed a couple of times that some players raise their spirit only to comment on the previous comment.

I'd like to suggest a small addition.
In most cases, we all participate in tournaments. And if something goes wrong with the tournament organization, it spoils the impression of the specific tournament as a whole, and also spoils the overall impression of the portal. For example, when the tournament organizer doesn't specify everything in the first post, is absent from the site for a long time, and doesn't monitor the tournament thread...
Therefore, I suggest that the tournament organizer always has an OFFICIAL assistant, and this (the assistant's NICK) should be specified in the first post. Because sometimes players write in the tournament thread that they just sent their save, but the deadline (hour X) has already passed (for example, 40 minutes ago). Naturally, if the date and time of the save are before hour X, the judge-organizer can, at his discretion, make an exception and accept the save.
For example, a tournament is currently ending (hour X was this past Monday), and it's already Wednesday, and the organizer hasn't appeared in the thread at all (I mean in the last three days). All this is sad, and some of the negativity is directed towards the entire portal.
By the way, I don't like that in the organization of any tournament, a minimum of a week is allocated for summarizing the results. And if the organizer turns out to be efficient and can summarize everything in 1-2 days, I would like that more. And I always want the PRELIMINARY results to be published within the first day (after the deadline for submitting saves has passed). And if there are questions to some players, and clarifications and explanations from them are needed, then there is a week for this.

And consider limiting the size of avatars (in pixels and kilobytes) and the number of user bars (I wrote about this above) - this will definitely speed up the website.

I want to say that proper tournament organization evokes positive emotions, while poor organization evokes negative emotions. And this either makes the player want to continue participating in the life of the portal, or sooner or later they will leave for another one.
