In your opinion, which race is stronger in Heroes of Might and Magic V?
Demons have one characteristic that many rarely consider; with properly developed ballistics, Jaleb has a huge advantage under otherwise equal conditions.

2Yoel: hello fellow countryman!!! It's very nice to see our native Ukrainian language on the forum!! :-))))))
The race doesn't matter much. It all depends on strategic and logical thinking! It's almost like in Warcraft, but with more refined micro and macro management.
And what can I say - the game has good balance. If it were bad, no one would play it.
Necropolis has infinite energy
Knights can turn a thousand peasants into a thousand knights

What other micro-management is there in a turn-based strategy game?)) What macro-management?)
Well, macro-management is still somewhat relevant, but what does micro-control have to do with it?
In Heroes of Might and Magic, click speed doesn't determine the outcome...
But in Warcraft or Starcraft, it's a crucial condition for victory - that frantic Korean clicking.
Macro - the ability to quickly and efficiently build a base (this also includes resource efficiency, etc.). Is there macro in Heroes? Yes. Although not in such a literal sense)
Micro - the ability to control an army (destroy more "enemies" while losing fewer "own" units). Is there micro in Heroes? Yes!
So, here's micro/macro (=

Necromancers also rely on brute physical force. But their strength is limited, so they are just a pile of stinking and decaying bodies, overwhelming with their mass.
If you don't like Necromancers, just say so, but don't say they are weak, because that's not true at all.
Dwarves become the strongest after mastering runes. Doubling movement speed, incorporeality, double strike, dragon strength, berserker rage + Dragons with shields, which can be teleported to any cell using runes, and the wall of fire from their mages will force other ranged units to change their position to avoid taking damage for 3 turns. + Their readiness is easier to acquire; their hero, the Dwarf Lord, can learn the First Strike ability by level 7! + An additional unit in the city. And in general, all dwarves have high defense and are difficult to defeat physically.
It's easy for me to play as Dwarves in a one-on-one match against any race. But it's more difficult against several opponents, because there are different principles for leveling up a hero against a specific race.
Playing as Dwarves against the Undead is generally ideal (no leadership). I've mastered the counterspell (skilled spellcasting) – and the only magic will be rune magic. And in melee combat, the Undead (with roughly equal armies) won't stand a chance against the Dwarves.
