Clan Charter (last changes 06.01.2012):

1. The ”Keepers of the Heavenly Gates” clan is an independent public association.
1.1 Every player, regardless of which faction they prefer to play, registered on www.HeroesWorld.ru has the right to join the ”Keepers of the Heavenly Gates” clan. Mandatory criteria for joining the Clan are:
- a fully played tournament on any hero resource.
- a battle (at least one) conducted with the Gatekeeper or Clan Leader to determine the player's level. The level of the accepted player must be no lower than the level of the Clan Leader or Gatekeeper. Game parameters are determined by the combatants by mutual agreement.
In case a candidate for joining the Clan fails the trial (loses to the Clan Leader or Gatekeeper), they have the right after 3 months (counting from the game with the Clan Leader or Gatekeeper) to conduct a repeat game with the Clan Leader or Gatekeeper. 3. Clan members become candidates for expulsion under the following conditions:
- direct insult to a Clan member
- absence of a Clan member without prior notification to the Clan Leader on the pages of the intra-clan subforum for more than 3 months
- double non-participation (2 tournaments in a row) in intra-clan tournaments, provided that these tournaments took place over at least 4 months
- 3 unfinished intra-clan tournaments (in total), regardless of the reasons.
If the situation regarding a candidate for expulsion does not change within 1 month for any of the above reasons, they are automatically expelled from the Clan.
A player expelled from the Clan may return to the Clan, but on special conditions. These conditions are determined by the Clan Leader in each specific case depending on the situation regarding the expelled player.
The Clan Leader has the right not to accept a previously expelled player into the Clan without stating reasons.
