I choose Pao-Kais. For some reason, I liked them right away, although the Dark Wyverns are good too. Now I'm choosing the Dark Wyverns to compare which upgrade is better.
the best thing is dark wyverns. Imagine, you have paoka, and around them are orcs, and then they are attacked. They fight back randomly. And along with the enemy, your own warriors also die. It's not very pleasant. :) :smile16:

You are right, Paoka retaliates against only one attacking creature; Gondar must have gotten something mixed up.
I use them situationally; mostly, I prefer Dark Wyverns. Poison and regeneration do their job.

I had Night Hags with Vampirism, while he had Paoka, which devoured all the corpses that littered the battlefield after three pairs of heroes clashed. I usually take the Pao-Kai, the lightning from their mouth does its job, hitting several enemies at once, but the poison affects everyone differently.
I take them for the same reason, Electric Breath helps. I don't use the Scavenger, though, I didn't know about this ability (I haven't read the creature descriptions in a long time :rolleyes: ). Poison from other wyverns can certainly damage the army, but I think electricity is still better.

The best are the Dark Wyverns. Imagine, Pao-Kais are standing there, and orcs are around them, and then they are attacked. They strike randomly. And they die along with the enemy, and your own warriors die too. It's not very pleasant.:) :smile16:

Sorry, but I'm not mistaken! That's how it happened. Paoka were surrounded by Orcs, and Twilight Dragons attacked them. They counterattacked, and everything around them died, including my Orcs.:mad:

I take Paoka. Because they attack multiple units at once with electricity... And their "Scavenger" ability is, in my opinion, more useful than the "Regeneration" ability (of Dark Wyverns).
I usually take Paoka if the game lasts longer than a month; you need to accumulate (as Nazg would say) corpses, but for the first month, it's much better to take dirty Vipers.

That's correct. But only Paoka can be resurrected; others simply die without a chance of being revived. And the percentage of "consumed" health doesn't inspire much optimism – 20%. That is, to resurrect one Paoka normally (when any hero other than Shakarrukat), in other words, 120 health, you need to consume 600 health. And 600 health is 6 Paladins, 60 Archers, 3 Emerald Dragons, 40 Stalkers, etc. In any scenario, many of them will not be resurrected, which is unlikely to change the outcome of the battle, even if only one Paoka remains at the end (although, I agree, it's often better not to risk it, but the Battle of the Day can play a decisive role).
