The main criterion when choosing my favorite/least favorite characters has always been, is, and will be their appearance :) I can also honestly say that humans are not my favorite game race :) So, I don't think anyone will be surprised if I say that my favorite characters in KOTOR 1 are Mission and Juhani. Mission has incredibly high stealth (hello, Aira Galen :)), and her age adds to her charisma :) And Juhani can be a good alternative to the somewhat bland Bastila; her 3D model has a very attractive face (catwoman :D). I really enjoy running around with Juhani and Carth (I don't know why, maybe it's just his face, but I don't have anything against this character, and I tried to max out his stats). In principle, each member of the party is likable in their own way, and I like them all.
