Absolutely, I agree with you. The tournament is already past its halfway point, so no substitutions or additions of players will be made. But, looking ahead, I can say that a new duel tournament will start two weeks after this one ends. Try to sign up for it early.

I didn't quite understand the question, but I'll try to answer. The second stage needs to be completed by April 9th. How many opponents are there? It depends on how far you progress; if you reach the final, there will be 4. If you lose in the round of 16, there will be only one.

P.S. Maybe you didn't realize that the second stage is a knockout tournament? Download the second stage bracket from the first post on the first page of the dueling thread.
