Better buy GOLD or at least just Tribes of the East, and you won't have any problems.

That's not a problem. The computer really takes a long time to make its moves, and you need to have extraordinary patience to play with 8 players on a map of maximum size. I got bored after 5 turns... There's nothing you can do about it, King-Michael. By the way, my processor doesn't get loaded to 100% during the computer's turn; it seems that Heroes can't fully utilize the potential of high-performance processors.

Yesterday, I played HotS with a friend on a map called "Brave New World" that we downloaded from Google. It was an 8-player game with alliances. Each computer took about 5-10 seconds to make its move, which was much faster than we did.

I can't provide a direct link, but I think you can easily find it through Google. Also, as an alternative, you can get the gold version of Heroes, which includes all three parts with the keys.
