9) The organizer (or their assistant) will conduct a preliminary draw in pairs using a special program to determine the red and blue player in each pair.
Since players are allowed to choose a town for all games (one town), there will often be a problem – players choose the same heroes – the organizer reserves the right of first choice for the red player.
