I remember that in the third Heroes game, there was an option to split one of your military units into smaller parts (equal or unequal, or into several parts). Here, I can't find it. For example, I want to give 10 out of 15 mages to another (my) hero, and I don't see any icon for that...

Hold down Shift and move.

Yes, it's done with Shift. We've told you so many times.

You could just search for it.
