Good afternoon!
Could you please tell me what might be the problem?
The games are not saving. When you select "Save," it displays "Saving" for a few seconds and then continues as if everything is fine, but nothing appears in the list when you try to load.
I understand that saves should be stored in the "My Documents" folder, but in our network, the "My Documents" folder is stored on the server, on the PDC, and this might be interfering with the saving process.
Is it possible to specify a different directory for saves?
Help!

I have a home domain. My "My documents" folders are mapped to the server via domain policy settings. This doesn't cause a problem with any game that use "My Documents" folder, except heros. I do a quick or normal save in the game and the game continues like the save was successful but no save file is created. The directories don't even exist in the "My Documents" folder. I created them in an attempt to get the save to work they still fail. The results are still the same after the patch. What is an work around or and ETA on a fix?

By the way, I found where it saves the games. In the bin folder, it creates directories: server name-users$-my documents-my games, etc.
But when loading, it seems to be looking in a different directory.

Oh, it turns out it's a bug, and the developers aren't fixing it.
I played <...> at work.

By the way, you can load a saved game through the online profile if the in-game nickname consists of two (or more) words separated by a space. This is probably an "Easter egg" from the developers...
