According to the stats, he's the second strongest. It would also be helpful to include a screenshot of his abilities. Or, better yet, download the 3.58f update from the Heroes 3 website and see for yourself. He's sure to please even "fans" of the Dungeon faction, if only because he's not much weaker, but he's also cheaper, saving you the cost of, say, two Phoenixes. With their help, he can easily defeat a powerful Dungeon faction hero without any blocking.

4000 Draconians in an auto-battle killed 4000 Azure Dragons. After that, who would believe the stats? True, the Draconians had the maximum rank.

Could someone provide me with a list of all the new monsters in Haven?

They really like combining monsters; it would be cool if someone combined a Crusader and a Dark Knight (I mean, putting a Crusader on a horse).
To be honest, I didn't understand one thing...

But that's not level 8... there are Dragon Lords, Supreme Archmages, Dark Dragons, Thunderbirds, and so on at level 8.
