My first Heroes game was Heroes of Might and Magic III: Armageddon's Blade. My sister got me into it... As far as I remember, the first town was Castle. And when I got my own computer, I played it all day and all night... I just couldn't stop) I remember my dad even came into my room at night and scolded me, telling me to go to sleep!) Of course, I didn't go to bed....)
I searched for the Heroes of Might and Magic IV disc for a very long time, and when I finally found it, it turned out to be a pirated copy.... It was disappointing, but I was still happy. My first town was, of course, Nature.... It was very interesting and unusual.... especially that the creatures could move on their own. I remember when a mage came out of the portal, and I thought it was a hero without a horse))) Nostalgia.....)

I remember visiting a friend in 2002, and she showed me Heroes of Might and Magic III. My first faction was Fortress. In 2004, a friend showed me Heroes of Might and Magic IV, and it felt very different after the third game, but I liked it immediately. I played as Necropolis. Heroes of Might and Magic III has been on my computer since 2003, and I haven't deleted it; I still play it.

Started playing Heroes 4 four days ago :). First, I played as Death, and since I didn't know the stats of the neutral creatures, I obviously lost. Then I tried Chaos and Sylvan for a bit, then I played as Haven and won, now I'm playing as Sylvan....
I immediately liked Heroes 4... there was something about it.... I don't even know how to describe it. After Heroes 3, I didn't feel any discomfort in Heroes 4, on the contrary - an endless stream of admiration and a fountain of joy...
Maybe because I'm already used to Disciples 2...

I started playing Heroes in 2004; before that, I hadn't even heard of the game, which I might even be a little ashamed of, but on the other hand, I didn't even have a computer back then, let alone talk about games (well, I did have a computer back in 1987 :p, but those who remember that time will understand that it's not comparable to a modern computer... and I didn't have many games back then either)... And I wasn't really interested in games back then either...:smile39: So, that's when I visited my future husband and saw two games on his computer: Blitzkrieg and Heroes 4. My husband was enthusiastically playing Heroes and showed it to me, but I didn't understand anything at all at first. I saw the beautiful graphics, the amazing music, but I didn't know what to do. I thought it was incredibly complicated and switched to Blitzkrieg. In the evening, my husband went to work (to manage the fans :D, I hadn't managed to infect him with football yet :p, well, rather, not to manage, but to maintain order at the stadium), I played Blitzkrieg, won once, and then got stuck: I couldn't liberate the bridge from the Germans. So, I decided to take a look at what Heroes 4 was all about. I launched it, turned on the tutorial, and started carefully examining and reading everything, and tried to play. It was funny because, as long as I was just running around, everything was fine, but as soon as it came to battles, I didn't know what to do at all. How I managed to win something there remains a mystery:rolleyes:. Of course, it immediately impressed me; I just fell in love with it, played and played, my husband came home and started helping me. That's when I played my first game, and when it came to choosing a race, I looked at each one for a long time, and then I suddenly saw the Nature race: wolves, tigers, unicorns, griffins, mantises, dragons, phoenixes. Since I simply adore nature and animals, the choice was obvious. Of course, I chose Nature, and it's still my favorite race (and not just in 4, I play as Sylvan in 5), and I'm glad that I was able to prove to the skeptics that you CAN play as Nature! That it's a pretty strong race! Later, I played a little with all the races; I also liked Order, Chaos, and Life. I'll say that all the races are good in their own way, and it's very interesting to play as them, with different tactics and different development... BUT that's another topic, another conversation. P.S. And finally, I'll say that Heroes struck me right in the heart back then; I fell in love with this magic, this world, this fairy tale that they offer. And I still love them even more tenderly and strongly...:smile23: Well, that was just a lyrical digression :smile43:

I started playing Heroes back in 1999. It was the third game in the series, and I stumbled upon it purely by chance. If I hadn't, I might not be writing this now. I really enjoyed the game, and my first faction was Fortress. At first, I didn't have a preference, but eventually, I chose Towers. In 2004, I discovered the sequel, "Heroes 4," and played as Necropolis/Inferno. After that, I played other games until the release of Heroes 5, and I've been playing as Necropolis (especially) or Inferno ever since.

I started playing Heroes 4 in 2005. I borrowed the disc from my brother (younger brother) and got hooked, playing as Necropolis.

I don't really like the 4th installment.
But I really wanted to play it back then when I had a terrible monitor and the game wouldn't run (it would run, but it was impossible to play). I started by playing as the Haven faction. But I was very disappointed with Heroes 4.

Heroes was the very first game that I got really into. Well, it happened like this...
In 1997, I remember a computer gaming hall opened near our house, and my friends and I went to check it out. The others got hooked on shooters, but I immediately fell in love with Heroes and StarCraft. When I went to play StarCraft for the first time, it wasn't available on that computer. So, I started playing Heroes. It was Armageddon's Blade. My first castle was the Conflux (I had seen others playing it and was really impressed by the phoenixes).
The first time I played the fourth installment, I didn't like it very much. It was around 2003. After playing the third game, it was hard to adjust. I was playing at a friend's house. I chose Haven (because I also played as a mage in the third game).
Well, over time, that feeling changed (but the third game still remains my favorite, and I still think that way).

My first experience was with the second game, playing as Necropolis. It was around 1998. Since then, whenever new installments came out, I would start playing as the Necromancers, and then switch to the other factions. But in all the games, I enjoyed playing as the Mages (Tower, Haven, Academy) the most.

My first (and, in general, last) faction was Sylvan. You know, there's already so much unpleasantness and negativity around, that at least in a game (that is, in virtual reality), I want to see something positive. That's why I only play as Sylvan (and in Heroes of Might and Magic V, also as Fortress). And in Might and Magic, I always develop Chaos skills to feel confident.

My first faction was Necropolis. I really liked Necropolis in the third game, and in the fourth, I decided to choose Necropolis again!

And my Chaos faction, I just liked the design...

I immediately noticed Sylvan... and that's why I've been playing as them ever since the fifth game came out... and in the third game, I played as Fortress... it's my destiny to play for GREEN PEACE!
